Pankaj Rohra

Pankaj is a qualified chartered accountant with nearly 15 years of specialization in tax. He co-leads our tax team as a tax partner and has previously worked for "Big 4" firms (EY and PwC).

Pankaj and his team handle a wide range of taxes, both corporate and personal, offering advice on areas such as personal tax, R&D, patent box, capital allowances and transfer pricing.

Pankaj is dedicated to working closely with his clients, providing proactive and tailored advice to minimize their tax liabilities.

Akhlesh Mathur

Akhlesh has extensive experience across a range of matters having qualified as a chartered certified accountant 20 years ago. As a Finance Business Partner for Businesses & Treasury Operations, he support debt and equity requirements by understanding business plans and structures, and providing financial infrastructure for treasury operations, including cash, debt, and derivatives. He drive M&A transactions from a treasury and corporate finance perspective, with a strong understanding of governance, legal structure, and effective tax structuring in collaboration with global tax teams.

Akhlesh has a portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders up to large corporate clients across a variety of sectors including retail, construction and manufacturing. The services provided range from individual tax returns through to complex accounts, audits and due diligence when undertaking group acquisitions.
